Shipping was fast (ordered Oct 11 and delivered by EOD Oct 13). I've always ordered Moustache brand inks and toner whenever possible since they save me at least half (if not more) than the original price of an OEM branded cartridge. They normally work as well as the original and have never had any issues. My current printer has been reporting low ink/toner for a few weeks now (as of Nov 7) so I should be using this pretty soon. Printer uses either TN-730 or TN-760 so I opted for the higher yield with chip from Moustache. As you can see in my picture, the product delivered is well sealed and padded so it arrived without any outwardly visible damage. I will update should there be any issues once installed.

For my laser printers, I've been buying the Moustache brand toner cartridges for many years. Never had any issues with the printing or the cartridges. With this printer, I made sure not to update the printer software as this is compatible up to a certain date. It worked without any issues. Price is always cheaper than the brand name so saving money is another reason to buy them again-and-again. I recommend this to everyone.

We get about 2 weeks into usage (maybe 300-500 pages) and it becomes very light and hard to read. Defiantly not a replacement for the OEM product.

I have used this the toner cartridge before, as it is compatible with my Brother printer. So I ordered it again, but have not yet installed this one, so cannot yet comment on this one. The delivery was a bit delayed this time, but not enough to matter. I find this version, with the chip already included, is much more convenient than the version that requires you to take the chip out of your old cartridge & to install it in the new cartridge.

Cannot be recognized by the printer even after multiple tries of the instruction how to reset it. Tried to return them and Shopper+ still have not allow the return of the cartridges. Bought from Amazon, reset easily and no problem. Go buy it on Amazon, cheaper and none of this garbage.
