Hello, we have been using this product for many years with no problem. A recent change in the 'chip' on this cartridge prevents it from working of our printer. We were able to have the toner cartridges replaced. Unfortunately we were sent the exact toner cartridges that do not work.

Gets smudges after a month of medium printer use. It used to be better and I order it for a longer time.

I have to make arrangements to return 1 cartridge....major streaks on one side and nothing on the other

This is the second cartridge that has left ink marks all over our paper. What a waste. I only got less than 1/3 of the regular use.
