They very kindly and promptly took it back. Thank you. Good company. It toasted slowly and at the highest heat the bread wasn't fully toasted. The slots are only big enough for a 'normal' slice. Anything a bit long won't fit without cutting in half. The cord is *very* short and attached at the front instead of the rear. On the plus side, it looks very nice and it's a low price.
