First one dripped from the flow changer button, the sent me replacement that dripped from the junction. Low quality. Don't buy!

The handle is plastic and can break easily. Mine arrived broken. They should have taken the product offline after seeing so many bad reviews. My confidence in Livingbasic went down.

Product has a serious design flaw. The hose bends where it connects to the handle and cuts the water flow like a garden hose.It's not sturdy enough. I had to apply electrical tape to strengthened the area. I mentioned the problem to customer service and all they said was, and I quote: "Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience." ​"We carry one year warranty on this item, please feel free to contact us if you has any problem when use it."
