I purchased these to replace other bands that I had purchased at a dollar store. I like that this set contains the slider and carrying pouch. The bands are a little smaller than I had expected however still good for my exercises. Initially there is a rubber smell which disappears after some airing out. I recommend

I was a bit surprised at how short the loop bands are. They are 1/3rd smaller than the standard size, and the material is very thin. These are not good for your legs as you can barely fit two legs through and still have stretch room. I can still use them for my arms. I would suggest buying thicker bands for your legs. I haven't tried the sliding discs yet as I'm still rehabbing my knee and these would cause more pain.

Nice product

I've been using the bands to help with strengthing my lateral movements. Then only thing missing was manual to show different excercises that can be done using the bands and the sliding pads.

Cheaper than going to the gym.
