I ordered this cartridge the first time in Jan 2021 has only printed about 300 pages and cartridge needed changing. I put in a complaint and they replaced it in Jan 2022. A few weeks ago my cartridge needed changing again after printing only 200 pages. It specifies it yields at least 2,000 pages. What is up with that? I have been after them for the past month with no results as of yet. Very disappointed with their service and am thinking of dealing with another company from now on. If they cannot supply me with what I want and deserve they should recommend what would be best for my needs.

This toner cartridge was NOT compatible with the North America M14-M17 printer by HP. Need to return. Very disappointed.
