I don't know what happened with the manufacturing. I bought the 20" model a few years ago and love it. However, it got scratched, so I ordered new ones. Compared to my older one, the new one is terrible. It's too sensitive now to touch. If anything touches the board, like a part of my hand, it leaves marks. The display is just too sensitive to any touches now... very hard to use and annoying. Also, there is a lot of flashing when erasing. The older one was erased beautifully without all that flashing. The new one though is brighter. Please bring back the older manufacturing process. Or let me know if there is a way to make it less sensitive to touch. Is the 15" model better?

Product was DOA, unable to erase the screen, would not use in low light environments would be very hard to see. It does have magnets so it would be great to leave on a fridge I would imagine.
