Product is missing one track part, box says 13 pieces but it only had 12 pieces.track cannot be put together

It keeps getting stuck even though nothing affecting the movement of the trains. It is great for a stand still item not for running around a tree.

Very cheaply made all plastic not worth the money at all. No weight in the train to keep it on the track properly only decent thing was the sounds it makes. Very disappointed in this product.
