Useless! As soon as you put any pressure on the eraser it stops rotating.

Bought a package of 4, 2 of them doesn't work. Customer service asks many questions for the return, and my last reply was on Apr 19th, and haven't heard anything back. Today is Apr 25th.

it just smudges the lead I'm trying to erase. PLUS, THE MOTOR IS SO WEAK. holding it like a pen to write and enough pressure makes the motor stop. I have to make sure I'm touching the paper realllly lightly, or else it just doesn't spin.

It does the job well. however, it stopped working after 2 months of light use. I ordered it on November 7 and today is Jan 16. While my kids was sharpening their pencils to get ready to school, the motor stopped.

Simply ridiculous, motors is so weak, touched the paper and the motors stopped. I want my money back.
