I hate this printer and I hate the service from shopper+ even more. They do not stand behind a product that doesn't work. They expect a person to fix a brand new machine and will not replace it. I would absolutely NOT recommend this product - it has made streaks and black marks since day one. Now there is black dust all over everything. I barely used and they think I should spend my time trying to figure out to fix it. I will NEVER buy from SHOPPER again. STick to AMAZON EVERYONE!
