I was skeptical because most of these gravity car vent phone holders start off great and quickly have negative comments. I was tempted to buy a less expensive one because there are a lot of them to choose from. So glad I bought this one! Took a minute to find the best place on the vent to attach it since the fact the it protrudes more than I'm used to but no problem. Love it!

works exactly like i thought it would. The side holders won't be able to grip around thicker cases though so watch out.

It was convenient enough because it fit my air vents. But, one of the side arms fell off after just several weeks of light use and, even though the warranty period is listed as 365 days, I can't submit a warranty claim because the option is greyed out for this item. Apparently, you don't get the Primecables warranty coverage if you buy with some sales, even though my order also says the warranty is 365 days. So, I'm stuck with a defective item that is within the advertised warranty period and can't submit a warranty claim. I rated this 3 stars because I'd give the product itself 4 stars if it was more durable. Maybe I'm being generous, but I took away only one star total for poor durability and the warranty not being honoured.

It is tiny, I barely placed my phone there. I would prefer a phone holder with suction function.

Not bad. Doesn't feel very sturdy and it can be a bit finnicky but overall works well.
