Works great but even though I transferred the chip to the new toner, the printer is unable to tell me how much toner is left in the cartridge.

The chip extraction tool broke when removing the chip from the OEM cartridge but I had a spare extraction tool form a previous purchase. Once Installed the cartridge works great.

Great product, replacing the chip is easy, but having the supply levels correctly indicated is not functioning. Not sure that I'm even getting the number of high volume out of the product that I'm supposed to as the cartridges are lasting only a month or so.

A bit weird with the chip - you have to take the chip out of the old one and put it into this one. All the tools required to do this are included, but the downside is that the printer reports low toner. You can ignore those reports and keep printing though. I'm happy with the quality otherwise.
