I bought this cartridge from you. I inserted it. It printed a test page (B&W). Next moment the printer shows that the cartridge is half used. This is not acceptable. I called your helpline without much success. Helpline wanted to blame the printer for that. Very unfortunate. Ideally I want a full refund.
