I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to order from your site, but, these were the first cartridges that just would not work, the printer would not recognize them but the return worked well and I am currently awaiting my refund. I have ordered and received oem Epson parts and work great.

Nicely surprised to see that my Epson printer accepted this remanufactured cartridge, as I was told by the friendly customer service. Fair price for an XL cartridge compare to an original. Thank you!

Works O.K.

Cartridge is a little wider than original Epson cartridges. Made in China. Would not be recognized by my Epson XP-4100 even with reinserting and restarting printer.
