Excellent for the price. My wife uses a walker always, including in the finished basement. She uses the lift to get to the basement but, needed a walker once there. This walker fully meets her needs.

Great walker. Really handy when you are travelling by car somewhere and you need to put it in the trunk.

The product was defective, wheels are not smooth and not properly rolling in the floor. I am asking for refund/return, but there process looks too completed. They are asking for photo and stil not send the label. Not sure when they are going to refund this. But this product is not good.

This walker is a gift of god after my knee surgery. It has a light weight at the same time strong enough to help you walking around.

Brought a 2nd one for my father to use for our 2nd floor since it inexpensive. I do wished Shopper+ sold accessories for walkers like tennis balls for the feet as it does drag on the bare floor and makes a squeaking noise. Still pretty good overall.
