COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME - TWO MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED AND I HAVE HAD ZERO CONTACT FROM THESE PEOPLE I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

Purchased a Xerox B 210 printer in Dec 2020 and ordered ( MTX 106R04346 ) toner at the same time as new printers come with low capacity cartridges. When the original toner gave out at the end of Feb 2021 the printer would not recognize this cartridge. It IS NOT compatible with the Xerox B 210 printer.
