I ordered two magenta replacement toner cartridges, first one installed showed low density on my printer screen when installed, tried the second one, same thing …low density, printer would not work and I am held hostage as all toner cartridges require to be functional to operate the printer. Unfortunately this happened once before, I question the quality control and I am requesting a replacement for these two toner cartridges.

I installed the new yellow cartridge lasted two days with limited colouring printing...you should be sending me out a replacement...not very happy.

These toner doesn't work good in my printer. It does print but it's always giving me an error and when it does that it sometime print the sheet twice. I find it's a waste of paper. Not sure I will order here again.
