cyan is not working from day 1, not happy.

The Cyan cartridge doesn't communicate correctly with the printer. The other cartridges worked but the ink supply isn't what they claim. Very limited use. I have tried several compatible brands all with limited success. I will stick with OEM - which it doesn't appear that you carry any more.
