Stake is not long enough for soil penetration to stay upright with all power corkds attached. Good enough for grass to grip firmly. Have not had a chance to test how weatherproof it is, time will tell.

The product quality is solid, very rigid to its competitor at its price range. The item does the job and it comes with a nice timer which usually I would have to pay extra for it. My only issue is some plug doesn't fit perfectly inside the socket because of the cover, see picture. The plug inside the socket still work so not a big problem but might be if water goes in.

I have bought these for use of landscape lighting, water features, and now Christmas decorations! Easy to use and works great.
