Déçu, Belle apparence, solide mais il est bien inscrit que les dossiers peuvent se placer horizontal ou vertical, ce qui est faux. J’ai malheureusement acheté des dossiers 81/2 x 11 pour les placer vertical et ça ne fonctionne pas. Voir les photos, il y a de l’espace perdu, je ne comprend pas le concept. Pour les dossier 8 1/2 x 11 même en ajoutant le porte crayon, il y a de l’espace perdu. Donc si ça ne vous dérange pas d’avoir les dossiers à la vertical et de voir de l’espace perdue ça vous conviendra. Autre information, n’achetez pas des chemises suspendues à grande capacité car ceux-ci touche dans le fond du tiroir.

However not providing rails from front to back ends up wasting 1/3 of the space, it requires looking at your files from the side and consequently will not accommodate the files that I have. How hard would it be to fabricate longer bars to better satisfy the client. Is it possible to communicate directly with the manufacturer and perhaps arrange for them to create longer bars? As is I would recommend to anyone hoping to store files from the front to the back to not purchase this cabinet. I do want to thank customer service for their efforts to respond to this. At first they told me they had the rails and they shipped them to me but ended up being the same rails which arrived with the cabinet, the ones that go side to side. When I called back they said sorry, but they do not have the rails front to back.

It's a beautiful looking cabinet (it's a shame that it arrived scratched) but with such wasted space I may have to buy a second to hold all my files. Maybe that was the point all along.
