Combined with a heat mat below, this grow lamp really helped make for much stronger plants started from seed. I used it last winter to get an early start on a bunch of heat-loving plants (tomatoes, peppers, eggplant).

For the price, this little light is amazing. I currently am growing seedlings of zucchini, sweet cucumbers, bonny best tomatoes, baby romaine, green peas, and green beans. All are thriving thanks to this incredibly strong light.
