    La serrure numérique est installée depuis 2 semaines et elle parfaite. Facile a installer et à un excellent prix. L’application est facile à utiliser et en étant wifi, on peut verrouiller ou déverrouiller bien assis devant la télé. A la limite pour les personnes contrôlantes, on peut savoir, qui et quand son conjoint est entré ou sortie. Elle utilise 4 piles AA,pas cher et facile à installer.

      Facile à installer, j'aurais préféré un code à 4 chiffres comme indiqué sur les photos mais il fonctionne juste à 6 chiffres. Point négatif on ne peux pas faire des programmation scènes manuel avec des widgets rapide. on doit absolument entrer dans le programme et ouvrir la serrure. affichait hors ligne après 3 jours ? pourquoi je ne sais pas, retirer et remis une batterie et le problème était réglé.

        The product is a defective one. It has two major issues. Firstly, it doesn't work properly. Secondly, its firmware is unable to be updated however, it was done through high-speed WiFi access but failed due to time out. I installed it inside the door based on the manufacturing direction and also installed related applications on my cell phone. As soon as it locks the door, it turns to unlock. So that it is not a trusty product. Because it is not safe and does not satisfy me to leave the house under its protection. I did it several times with the same result. The product is useless and unqualified. I expected to buy a reliable product but it is not. Unfortunately, it is a final sale so returnable.

          the lock works fine, was easy to install, Google home integration don't work, I see the lock in the app but can't unlock it because it's asking for pin I didn't set during integration setup, I tried pin for my Google home account, phones pin, locks code, it just don't works. I called to support and was asked to reply details on email I never received.

            The front keyboard panel stoped working after just fill days....... The back piece is still working, could only open/lock on app/manually, key board is not available now, no reponse when you touch it.

              It works. However, I had to reconfigure everything using the Tuya Smart app so that it could easily communicate with Alexa.
