Item not as advertised. Must press button to open, it stays open until you press close. Wanted one that worked! Also disappointed you did not offer to add bags which are needed to work. I would order again if a working model was available. They said no longer available, but it is still available but at an increased cost? They did refund purchase but still need a product that works! Bad experience, up till now thought company was excellent. Could not give this any rating as there is no choice available to select except excellent.....

Do not buy it ! The plastic is too thin, It is almost impossible to open it !!!!
