My printer had a message that the drum would need replacing soon. Normally, I only buy the toner cartridges. Inever needed to replace the drum since I bought the printer one year ago. The price on the cartridge and drum was so reasonable that I ordered three cartridges (with chip) and drums so I would not suffer a printer out-of service anytime in the next three years. Thank you for such great products at such lower-than-OEM prices.

Évaluation ZÉRO! Le drum le fonctionne pas!!!! Je veux etre remboursé. 36$ plus taxes pour rien. Je vais devoir acheter l’original. Pas cher et ça vaut pas cher le drum. Même après avoir suivi les instructions pour faire l’installation du drum; l’imprimante indique toujours de remplacer le drum???? Please reimburse me or send me one that works. Merci
