Works perfect with the printer

The 'chip' does not show the toner level. I use linux so it's not the OS fault. I also have a colour printer that works great with Moustache toner. I do not have a printer that ends with 'e' and I haven't updated the BIOS so the issue is with the toner. This is the second toner that does the same thing.

Not working as it is not compatible. don't base yourself on the printer dashboard as the information is misleading. Shopper+ just hide themself by saying "Not Compatible with HP+ printer models ending in the letter "e"." As I see in the other comments, I'm not the only one. the trust relationship between Shopper+ and myself is now broken. I was able to return the product by chatting with the customer service, but there was a 30% restocking fee. Shopper+ se cache derrière le fait que sur la page du produit, il est indiqué non compatible avec les imprimantes se terminant par un E. En lisant les autres commentaires, je vois que je ne suis pas le seul. J'ai fait un retour en parlant avec le service à la clientèle, mais on me charge un 30% de frais de restockage. Je n'achèterais plus de Shopper+ et de ses filiales
