Works perfect with the printer

Not working as it is not compatible. don't base yourself on the printer dashboard as the information is misleading. Shopper+ just hide themself by saying "Not Compatible with HP+ printer models ending in the letter "e"." As I see in the other comments, I'm not the only one. the trust relationship between Shopper+ and myself is now broken. I was able to return the product by chatting with the customer service, but there was a 30% restocking fee. En lisant les autres commentaires, je vois que je ne suis pas le seul. J'ai fait un retour en parlant avec le service à la clientèle, mais on me charge un 30% de frais de restockage. Je n'achèterais plus de Shopper+ et de ses filiales

not working

The 'chip' does not show the toner level. I use linux so it's not the OS fault. I also have a colour printer that works great with Moustache toner. I do not have a printer that ends with 'e' and I haven't updated the BIOS so the issue is with the toner. This is the second toner that does the same thing.
