This manual standing desk offers a solid foundation for my work setup. The table itself feels sturdy, and the added drawer is a convenient bonus. The manual height adjustment mechanism suits my needs perfectly, as I don't require frequent changes in table height. Plus, the price tag won't leave your wallet weeping. Unfortunately, my excitement was dampened when the table top arrived in less than ideal condition. It bore noticeable dents around the frame, and the metal frame on the right side was bent. It was also missing the screws to fix the table top to the desk frame. A disappointing start, indeed. However, I reached out to Shopper+ for assistance, and they promptly sent a replacement tabletop and screws. Regrettably, the replacement unit had its own flaws, with a bent frame on the right side again, and some paint chips marring the edges. Shopper+ offered to take the table back, but the hassle of shipping such a large item back and forth made me opt to keep it, despite the imperfections. While the initial quality issues are a drawback, I appreciate the functionality and the effort made by the customer service team. Three stars for the solid structure and handy features, but with the hope that future shipments will arrive in pristine condition.
