I had a defective Hub Adapter with the 3 Ports not working. The Customer service reached out to me and sent me a replacement. I can enthusiastically say this customer service is fantastic. As well, the replacement works perfectly. The USB 3.0 works well in speedy copying of files to external USB 3.0 myPassport hard drive. Again, very pleased with the customer service.

perfect to isolate PD power for non-standard USB-C devices, strain relief works better than the USB hub model with built in HDMI
