I ain't no Einstein but this is an absolutely genius implementation of vacuum sealing for home cooks that aren't butchering moose to put in their deep freezer. I bought two more as gifts for people so far and I always pick up a bag of bags anytime I order from this site. Meat, bulk peppers from Walmart, excess cheese, 1 kilo of garlic peeled while watching tv, it all goes in the freezer with no freezer burn and taking up minimal space because there's no air! this thing is absolutely incredible. I have a bunch of fresh ginger in the fridge that I don't remember when I bought it anymore because the vacuum environment has kept mold from growing I guess?. just please read the instructions. if you care about food but live in an apartment like me or just a small place you need this thing.

The best purchase ever. My husband likes cooking and recently bought a full 250$ vacuum pump- sealer. When I bought this small gadget he was skeptic but it proved to be as efficient as the machine. I believe it is a good tool to have in your kitchen.

Replacing an older version, this one works quite well; the bags are larger then I was expecting.

I like the small size and how portable the unit is also the bags are reusable. However, the vacuum performance is very inconsistant. You must place it squarely over the bag's hole, hold the on/off button down the entire time. Relaxing the hand allowing the vacuum to move even just one mm the unit will stop. Plus, the bags that came with the unit don't hold the seal very well. Air got back inside the day after. I wouldn't recommend this.

Tres satifaite je l'utilise a tout les jours

It's very finicky to get the vacuum pump seal to make a good seal. It also stops at random time (instead of when all the air has been vacuumed out. Otherwise a good product. I wish there are slightly bigger bags (to store sweaters).
