If you do not enter the info in the right order it is hard and frustrating to correct. When asked for address it should state billing address or shipping address. For most they are often the same. For me they were different. I enter the shipping info first then discovered it should have been the billing info. As I sated changing it can be a real pain. I had to enter the info multiple time befor it changed the data. Same thing happen with my credit card info. I changed the card I decided to use and entered the new info. It did not take the first time. I re-entered the info and it was accepted.

With this order as long as cartridges fit okay into machine had a bad experience with 2 TN#^) cartridges that would not fit into my drum u8nit the first time this has ever happend when ordering with 123Ink Cartridges they always fit prior.
