Some items price point is higher than your competitors. Also your promo codes that help get a person to the site don't really amount to much, would like to see better promos in the future, such that a person who is a subscriber actually gets some real genuine savings by being on the email list.

Sorry about the low score. The shipping part is confusing. I want the stuff shipped by Canada Post, but then I'm forced to choose a Post Office, and then it looks like my shipping address gets changed to the address of the Post Office. The address of the Post Office is not my mailing address. I want my mailing address on the package, and I want the package to arrive at the Post Office. It shouldn't be confusing. I don't get why I have to choose a Post Office. Just put my mailing address on the package and stick the package in the mail. It will get to me without you having to also put the address of the freaking Post Office on there. Happy New Year anyway.

Your proceed to checkout button is difficult to see. After adding an item to shopping cart that button should be evident (flashing) or a new screen should come up asking customer if they want to checkout. That was the only frustrating part of my shopping experience with you. Otherwise product, price and service were good.
