Boxing day order would not go through possibly because I'd applied credits and the total was $0. Could not remove credits. Ended up getting a new free shipping code and tried using credit card instead of paypal. Credits still appeared for $0 total and order wouldn't go through. Changed the order so that total wasn't $0 and credits disappeared and order went through.
