We purchased several laser toner cartridges at one time for a Brother Printer, but when we started using a second cartridge, the quality was terrible. We first contacted Brother to determine if it was a hardware problem. They walked throughout several steps to determine it was a toner problem. We then contacted 123 Ink Cartridges and they said the toner missed the warranty period of one year by several weeks. Even though laser toner should NOT go bad, warranty or not, 123 Ink Cartridges will not replace or do anything about them. Therefore, we will not purchase anymore ink or toner from this company. Again, if it was unreasonable, we would not be expecting any assistance but it is only reasonable that the toner should work.

great, but confusing promo coupons ... they are calculated based on non 'OEM', 'sale' or 'low margin' products that are not always clearly identified (i.e. some products don't have the banner in the corner) so you don't know which items are not counting towards the total 'promo' amount.
