Works well, and you can feel some heat when the red lights glow bright. The wide velcroed elastic band at the back is not long enough to wrap behind a chair or around your waist unless you are very tiny.

I find some areas look better with 3000k lights and in others 4000K lights. Rooms with warm colours and furnishings look better with 3000K, while the kitchen, garage and corridors with white walls with 4000K. If you want a cozy feeling, use the warmer 3000K lights on a dimmer switch.

Only the right side swivels, and only one plug into an outlet. The unit tends to lean forward as it only plugs into the lower socket. Adding power adapters can cause poor wall connection over time due to the added weight.
