We are small business owners. I have ordered items from your website many times. The prices are reasonable. However, whenever there is an issue and I have to call customer service. It is always a useless interaction. The peron on the other end always seems like they are being interupted and annoyed by the caller, before I even begin. They always seem to be at home with alot of backgroung noise. I ahve never once had my issues resolved or spoken to anyone sympathetic. I never have this issue with Amazon.
