got on Sale. booklet does not tell you how to charge unit you have to figure it out your self ..you have to use your own cell phone charger to charge it se photo i had to use my cell phone charger for 6 hours to fully charge . then i was reading and not clear on when you boost your car does your unit have to be on the ON position or OFF . i guess i will figure it out cables could be a little longer. but yeh at least the price was right. if i would have know i looked for a little cheaper anyway it is a back up and to be used in case of emergency. and far as i am concerned they are all made at the same place same components. and they all promise us the same thing .. i guess we will and see i hope it proves me wrong and helps me out when i need it to work

i now own two of these just bought a second one the other is working fine and is about 1 year now so i have no worries buying 2nd one for upstairs office. price could be just a little lower i think they would sell more because it says 1 year warranty so to spend all that money and if somethings happens after a year ???????

let be honest i like it the only thing is the warranty. it is hard to see what and how long warranty is and where i can get spare parts in the future because i did spend 329.00 plus tax for this item and if just one thing goes wrong even in two years or so what do i do where do i go to buy spare parts .. besides that it is working great just as described. i bought this model because it goes as low as 24 inches so it is good for all members of the family.. read carefully the heights before buying .. i bought top of the line ( THIS ITEM ALMOST NEVER GOES ON SALE ) .. so do not wait for sale because price keeps on going up every year. Last year i think it was just a little lower
