Great product. Little slow on delivery. Usually takes about 3 days but this time it took a week. That’s a long time when you run out of ink.

Epson T159 Original Ink Cartridge Combo - No Box

The product itself is great, however you sent it to the wrong address. My account with you has 2 addresses, 2 credit cards and 2 different names as I help out another person with her purchases. This ink was for me and although it had my name and credit card information you sent it to the wrong address. It created a lot of confusion. I was away on vacation and one of the inks was damaged when she tried to force it into her printer thinking that I had ordered it for her.
