I enjoyed this spin mop and bucket system since I purchased it in Nov. 2018. however now the red plastics pieces on the handle top and bottom (not the plate where the mop insertion is) the red part that lifts and lowers the mop has cracked and does not hold the lift. It is a real shame however I would like to know if these plastic pieces that are craked can be replaced or do I have to purchase the whole mop handle? Mickey - Montreal.
