In our business, down time is critical. We have always used OEM toners for our office equipment, and 123Ink are a trusted vendor who always has had our product in stock. I switched to 123ink because the OEM was 'out of stock'. Great Service, Fast Delivery, accurate order filling, there isn't much more a business would ask for. You guys are great

Toner was received but not as advertised. Cartridges were shown on the web site and priced as Extended life ( 3500 pages) for each of the cartridges ordered. What I received were standard duty (1500 pages). Very disappointing. What was more disappointing was the vendors explanation. "Woops we made a mistake. and offered me 5.00 per cartridge price adjustment. Felt like this was a bait n switch ad. Be warned... deceptive practices here...
