Chair is okay for the price, arm rests are terribly sensitive. Seat has mesh in it instead of actual thick seat. Wanted to return the chair but 15% restocking fees was asked to send it back. Also, I requested price adjustment as the chair got discounted $70 to the original price I paid but I have been denied that too with the reason that order date was 9 day old, they can do price adjustment for order which are 7 days old however when I requested price adjustment, it was not even 7 days of actual receiving the product.
