Use this desk everyday and it is great. The setup took all of maybe 20 mins and the adjustments are minimal to none, just centring the table top took longer to get it exactly where it should be. The movement is quite smooth, quiet and quick. One things is sometime the releasing of the buttons don't always stop, roll another +/- 1-3 cm more
