No good! I gave up on these two as the heads were too dried to print anything. Neither the color nor the black would work. I tried the eraser on the contacts...warming them in hot water....blowing in the top ink holes...cleaning the heads with the printer... but no ink would flow

The second set I purchased worked fine but the first set was so dry I couldn't keep either of them working, even upon opening them upon receipt of order. I tried soaking them in hot water and removing the sealing cover and blowing the ink down but they wouldn't keep printing, and had to purchase a set from Staples. I advised you on this, and you offered me something on the black cartridge, but haven't received anything in way of replacement or credit. This last set I bought has worked OK.
