Use it 1-3 times a week and has been performing well whether I use ground coffee or K cups of McDonald's and Starbucks. I love that the coffee it brews is hot and strong enough despite its 10 oz per cup size. The drawback is that I need to turn the whole unit upside down in order to shake out the residual water in the water reservoir, though its lightweight makes the job easier. And since the brewer basket lid is a flip top style, I hope that there will be replacement for purchase in case it breaks in the future.
