Just installed today. The difference is immediate; very comfortable. I was dealing with a bad case of "mouse shoulder". My only complaint is that they creak and feel a bit flimsy; time will tell. But, overall, for $20 each, not bad at all.

I hate it; don't believe these other reviews. Does not stick to floor at all; moves around more than the old $5 matt it replaced. Gets dirty fast; shows wheel marks and dust easily. Is very thin, almost like felt. For reference, I'm using a HumanScale chair and weigh 100 kg, so we're not talking budget-office-chair or huge-amounts-of-weight. Every time I move my chair, it bubbles and moves around with it. Really disappointed. Even more disappointed that I blew my $20 S-Points credit on it at regular price $40; I see it's on sale for $20 now. Worst part is I can't return it either. Will probably end up in the garbage; can't even repurpose as a door mat. I was duped.
