It was missing from my order and I am just waiting for it after speaking to Customer Service. They were very helpful and interested in the condition of my order. The rep made arrangements right away and was very nice. Normally I might not have ordered again but I will be a repeat customer. because if the service. It was a very inexpensive item but it was important to have for my younger daughter to receive. Her sisters received jewellery and I wanted her to get something like that even though she got other things instead. The attitude if customer service was everything and the basis of my rating.
