This open box order arrived with the box in perfect shape but the cooktop cracked in several places. I am guessing it may have been returned cracked and they did not look at it so it was a bit frustrating that I ordered it and that they paid to have it delivered, but when I notified them of the issue they returned my payment. They would not replace it as this was an open box at a discounted price from the rest that they have in stock.

very nice, good delivery but it needs to be noted that if you buy the brushed nickel one the site does not have a brushed nickel plate to allow it to be used on a 3 hole sink as the information leads you to believe.
