I've used the crimpers, yellow wirestripper, RJ45 plugs, and cable tester so far. It's a pretty cheap kit, but it does the job for me. I've only built about 5 cables so far, but it's nice to have the tools around to make custom sizes whenever I want.

I find it a little difficult to press the lock tab down. I prefer the ends on the pre-made primecables cables. Doesn't seem to quite fit the cab-7245 RJ45 plugs. It's like they need to go on another mm or two to get the lip over the edge of the plug.

Only had one so far that didn't work. I'm pretty sure it was because I cut the wires too short. Make sure the wires go all the way in to the end.

Doesn't fit my particular desk but I managed to clamp it onto the horizontal arm of my monitor arm. Made of plastic. Hinges are holding it in place without sagging. Doesn't dim as far as I would like. Only goes down to maybe 30%
