Clip-On Pickup for Acoustic Guitar - Monoprice®

This was cheap so I thought I'd give it a try. Tried it on a Seagull Merlin and acoustic guitar. Had a bit of trouble attaching the clip in the sound holes. Feeds back easily but that's to be expected. It was worth a try and I may tinker around with it and a DI box to make some usable sounds. I wouldn't recommend it for live performances.

I hung this on this weekend. Simple. Comes with good length screws and the wall anchors. Look okay -- not bad, not great. I was able to bend it so that it fit a ukulele.

Works just fine. The frame is unfinished wood so a person could paint or varnish it if they wanted to.

Decent quality tape. The housing is sturdy enough for what I need to do. Probably not industrial grade (I wouldn't drop it off a roof) but tough enough for me.

I'm sure it's fine but I wouldn't know. I didn't receive the DataTraveler 100 that I ordered but instead received the DataTraveler 50. I don't know what the difference is aside from the one I received (50) doesn't have a protective cap for the connection end of the drive.
