Overall I'm pleased with this chair. It feels high quality and is very comfortable. My only complaints are that the armrest adjustments are a bit too sensitive, and that the headrest doesn't go up higher. The headrest height seems appropriate for someone between 5'0" and 5'10" tall.

Materials are very solid, and it looks nice, however one of the legs is about 0.5cm shorter than the others, causing it to be off balance. I have to put something underneath that leg to keep is steady.
