I'm disappointed in this chair. I bought a very similar one here about 4 months ago that was much better quality and the price was better too. I thought it was the same chair but I was wrong. I should have double checked the model number first. This one has small and cheap arm rests that are uncomfortable, a small seat that looks like it's meant for an adolescent and not a fully grown man, and the fabric used on the foot rest is cheap too. When you turn the knob on the back to adjust the box in the lower back area, it makes a clicking sound and pops when you get to the end. I wish I didn't buy it. I'd return it but the cost of shipping will probably be a lot. So I'll keep it. But I'm dissatisfied with this purchase as the quality has gone down. I probably won't buy a chair from this store again after this experience.
